Designer Kahi Lee, of Kahi Lee Lifestyle, wanted this penthouse to reflect masculinity, with the cool cache of a nightclub, showcasing the sleek, modern look of W. Pablo Picasso's cubist opus Guernica inspires the stark geometry and shades of gray.
